Pawfect Place Policy Document
Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure all boarding reservations. No
booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the owner, as it covers the reservation of dates and
the potential loss of other bookings during that period.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the start of the booking period, unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
If a trial night, assessment stay, or meet-and-greet indicates that Pawfect Place is unable to safely or
appropriately accommodate the dog, any future booking may be cancelled at Pawfect Place’s discretion. Charges
for services already provided, including trial nights, remain payable and are non-refundable. Where a trial night or assessment stay is booked close to the owner’s planned holiday or booking start date and is unsuccessful due to withdrawal by the owner or the dog being deemed unsuitable, the deposit will be forfeited. This deposit is retained to cover loss of earnings and the short-notice inability to rebook those reserved dates.
If the owner chooses to collect their dog earlier than the agreed booking end date, no refund will be issued for
unused days.
In the event of a no-show without notice, the booking will be treated as cancelled and all monies paid will be
retained.
Service Standards & Liability
Pawfect Place agrees to provide boarding services in a reliable, caring, and professional manner. While every
reasonable effort will be made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, Pawfect Place shall not
be held liable for incidents arising from undisclosed behavioural or medical issues, except in cases of proven
negligence.
Owners must notify Pawfect Place of any concerns within 24 hours of their dog returning home.
Behaviour & Emergency Arrangements
Any dog displaying aggression or unsafe behaviour may be returned to the owner, released to the emergency
contact provided, or placed in a local kennel at the owner’s expense.
Any damage caused to the boarding property as a result of destructive behaviour will be charged to the owner.
Pawfect Place accepts no responsibility for personal belongings provided for the dog, including beds, toys, or
accessories, that may become damaged during the stay.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking process, the owner confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms
will apply to all future visits unless updated and reissued.
